ABOUT MUSICA DE CAMARA
Founded by soprano Eva de La O, Musica de Camara concerts have presented Puerto Rican, and Hispanic classical musicians; instrumentalists, singers and composers in concert since its inception. The several hundred classical music concerts have also included non-Hispanic artists in events at Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center, Weill Hall, Carnegie Hall, Merkin Concert Hall, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Kaufman Cultural Center, the Lehman Center for the Performing Arts, the Hostos Center for the Arts, Pregones Theater and the Grace Rainey Rogers Auditorium at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
